Ø The new technology of oxygen bottom-blown smelting - side-blown direct reduction of liquid lead slag based on the process of oxygen bottom-blown smelting - reduction smelting of lead in blast furnace makes the comprehensive energy consumption being the highest level of the world.
Ø For the technology of copper smelting with bottom-blown oxygen, no additional fuels are required during the smelting process.
Ø The bottom-blown continuous copper matte converting technology has effectively addressed the current worldwide problem, i.e. fugitive SO2 at low altitudes during converting in PS converter;
Ø The introduction of the rotary kiln - electric furnace technology into China has changed the backward ferro-nickel smelting method, small equipment capacity, high energy consumption, low-grade ferro-nickel, high impurity content, poor environment and severe pollution in China;
Ø Take the lead in establishing China's first largest industrial demonstration line with independent intellectual property rights and closed cycle, and achieving low energy consumption and harmless production of polysilicon.
Ø Conduct studies of the dust collection system, improve its design, and make the technology characterized by a short process, low energy consumption, etc.
